Athlete's Release

Participant, in attending GAR NORTH LLC and using the facilities, does so at his or her own risk. The gym operator shall not be liable for any damage arising from personal injuries and damages which may occur in or about the premises and he or she does hereby fully and forever release and discharge the gym operator, all associated gyms, their owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, present or future, resulting from or arising out of the participant's use of the gym and/or it's facilities. Participation is entirely his or her own choice with the understanding of risk of accidental injury involved in an activity involving unusual motion or height including but not limited to those of bodily injury, partial and/or total disability, paralysis and death. There may be other risks not known to us or are not reasonably foreseeable at this time. I agree that this Consent and Assumption of Risk Statement covers each and every event or activity sponsored by GAR North LLC, the USA Gymnastics, the Amateur Athletic Union, United States Trampoline and Tumbling Association and/or their member clubs and/or any other such clubs with which GAR may be associated. I understand that GAR NORTH LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen articles left on GAR NORTH premises.
